Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

Services

VLS Electrical LLC provides electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency services for residential and commercial properties in Florida. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Electrical installation and wiring
  • Repairs and system upgrades
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Lighting installation and repair
  • Electrical panel services
  • Equipment and appliance connections
  • Emergency electrical services

Service Agreements

All electrical work requires a written estimate and customer approval before commencement. Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after customer acceptance of the estimate and any required permits are obtained.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on our assessment of the work required. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if unforeseen conditions are encountered. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warranty our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Pre-existing electrical problems not addressed in the service agreement
  • Equipment or materials provided by others
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature, including lightning strikes or power surges

VLS ELECTRICAL LLC PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL SERVICES BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLS Electrical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their electrical needs
  • Grant safe access to the work area
  • Ensure the work area is clear of obstructions
  • Notify us of any known hazards or concerns
  • Make payment according to agreed terms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Work in progress may be subject to charges for materials purchased and labor performed up to the point of cancellation.

Permits and Codes

Where required, we will obtain necessary permits and ensure all work complies with Florida building codes and local regulations. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the estimate.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration held in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by VLS Electrical LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VLS Electrical LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
